NO SURPRISES IN THE FINE PRINT
Software fees and payment fees are different.
24 Helpful platform commission: 0%. We plan to charge merchants for software access, not a share of customer payments.
Stripe fees are separate. Processing, disputes, and other Stripe account fees may apply under the merchant’s Stripe agreement.
Customer-facing fees. Online checkout automatically adds the contract’s card-fee percentage or an ACH fee of 0.8% (maximum $5 per payment); offline bank transfers have no workbench-added fee. Bubble Cloud’s current 3.5% card setting exceeds Visa’s 3% cap and needs review before live surcharging. Credit-card surcharges must also stay within actual acceptance costs; debit and prepaid cards cannot be surcharged.

When can I subscribe?
Paid enrollment is not open yet. We’ll publish final prices, included usage, billing terms, and an active support channel before offering a subscription.
Can I cancel my plan?
The proposed policy allows cancellation before the next renewal, with access through the paid period. The cancellation method and final terms will be provided before paid enrollment. See our draft Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What if I need more seats or quotes?
Team access, seat limits, quote allowances, and any upgrade pricing are still being finalized. We will disclose these details before signup; this website does not authorize automatic upgrades or charges.
Is there a free trial?
A trial offer has not been announced. No credit card or payment is collected on this website.
