1. Scope and status
This draft describes intended privacy practices for the Quote to Paid public website and workbench, provided by 24 Helpful. US legal operator and effective date: to be provided after review. For customer or project data a merchant supplies, the merchant generally determines the purposes of processing and 24 Helpful supports the merchant as a service provider, subject to finalized contractual terms. Stripe processes payment and onboarding information under its own privacy policy.
2. Information involved
The workbench may process merchant account and business details; customer names, email addresses, project details and locations; quotes, photos, service agreements, signatures, verification and audit records; message delivery and activity records; and payment status and references. Stripe collects payment credentials and onboarding information through its own flows. Do not enter card numbers or bank credentials into quote text, attachments, or support requests.
3. This public website
This static product website has no signup form, subscription checkout, advertising trackers, or analytics cookies. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, request time, URL, and browser information to deliver and secure the site. Linked services have their own practices. Workbench authentication and storage are separate from this public website.
4. How information is used
Information is used to provide quotes and contracts, verify signers when configured, generate signed documents, deliver notifications, reflect payment status, provide requested AI assistance, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not propose selling personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Service providers and sharing
Relevant information may be shared with the merchant and its intended customer, hosting providers, transactional email providers, Stripe, and AI providers when an AI feature is used. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. Provider identities, processing locations, and contractual safeguards must be confirmed before general launch. Payment details sent directly to Stripe are governed by Stripe’s privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
6. AI processing
Content submitted to an AI feature may be transmitted to its AI provider to generate the requested output. Merchants should minimize personal information in prompts and review outputs. Provider retention and model-training settings must be verified and disclosed before general launch; this draft does not promise zero retention or exclusion from model training.
7. Retention and security
Records are retained as needed to provide the service and meet contractual, security, and legal obligations. Specific retention periods, backup deletion procedures, and post-closure export windows are pending confirmation. Access controls and reasonable safeguards are used, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Merchant-held copies and Stripe records follow their respective retention practices.
8. Choices and privacy requests
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain copies of their information, or object to certain processing. Merchant customers should first contact the merchant listed on their documents. For platform-held information, the privacy contact is to be provided on the Contact page before commercial launch. Identity verification may be needed, and legal exceptions may apply.
9. Location, children, and changes
The service is intended for businesses and adult users, not children under 13. Providers may process information in the United States or other jurisdictions; applicable transfer safeguards must be reviewed before launch. This policy will be updated as practices are finalized, with an effective date and notices where required.
