1. Platform and scope
Quote to Paid is a software product provided by 24 Helpful (Stripe platform account name: “24 Helpful Platform”; US legal operator: to be provided) for business quotes, service agreements, electronic signatures, communications, and payment workflows. The merchant, not 24 Helpful, sells and delivers the goods or services. This draft is intended for US business users. Effective date: to be provided after legal review.
2. Accounts and merchant responsibilities
You must be authorized to act for your business, provide accurate information, safeguard account access, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for your services, pricing, taxes, customer disclosures, contracts, intellectual property rights, and permissions to upload client information. Do not use the platform for fraud, unlawful services, infringement, or interference with the service.
3. Quotes, agreements, and signatures
Merchants review and approve quotes and terms before sending them. A merchant service agreement is between the merchant and its customer; 24 Helpful is not a party to that agreement. Electronic signatures and audit records are workflow tools, not a guarantee of enforceability in every situation. Obtain appropriate consent and legal advice for your use case. Keep copies of your records.
4. Stripe Connect and customer payments
Merchants complete Stripe-hosted Connect onboarding and maintain their own Stripe accounts. Stripe processes payments, and funds go to the merchant’s own Stripe account, subject to Stripe’s applicable terms, fees, verification, settlement rules, reserves, and restrictions. 24 Helpful is a software platform and does not charge a platform commission or percentage of customer payments. Card and ACH availability depends on Stripe and the merchant’s configuration. Live payments require platform activation and merchant approval.
5. Processing fees, refunds, and disputes
When online collection is enabled, the workbench automatically adds a customer processing fee to each deposit or balance payment: card payments use the percentage stated in the service agreement; online ACH adds 0.8%, capped at $5 per payment. The workbench adds no fee for offline bank transfers (a bank may charge its own fees). These customer fees are not a 24 Helpful platform commission. The merchant chooses the card rate in Settings → Quote defaults → Card processing fee % (设置 → 报价默认值 → 银行卡手续费 %). The contract and checkout use the same rate. Bubble Cloud’s current setting is 3.5%; this is an existing configuration, not a recommended or compliant rate. It exceeds Visa’s 3% maximum and must be reviewed and adjusted before surcharging Visa credit cards. Changing the default affects new quotes; a previously sent agreement retains its recorded rate. For US Visa credit cards, a surcharge must not exceed the lower of 3% or the merchant’s actual cost of card acceptance. Stripe’s standard US domestic online card price is approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per successful transaction; actual pricing varies, and that example is not permission to charge a particular rate. Debit and prepaid cards must not be surcharged, even when processed as credit. Before starting, complete required card-network and acquirer notifications; Visa requires at least 30 days’ advance notice to the acquirer. Some states prohibit or further restrict surcharges. Disclose any permitted fee and the total before payment and on the receipt. The merchant chooses the rate and is responsible for compliance; consult a lawyer or Stripe before enabling surcharges. Do not assume the workbench automatically checks card type, costs, notices or state-law eligibility. If you cannot ensure debit/prepaid exclusion and all applicable requirements, do not enable card surcharging. Merchants determine and disclose their order cancellation and refund policies, fulfill valid refund obligations, and respond to disputes through Stripe. Stripe and financial institutions determine payment and dispute outcomes under their rules. See the draft Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Software subscriptions
24 Helpful plans to charge merchants a software subscription. Prices, billing intervals, included usage, renewal rules, taxes, and cancellation terms are to be announced and must be presented before paid enrollment. No subscription checkout is offered on this website. Do not interpret this draft as authorization to charge a subscription.
7. AI-assisted features
AI-generated content can contain errors. Review all suggestions, prices, descriptions, and contract language before using or sending them. You remain responsible for the final content. AI output is not legal, tax, or financial advice. Do not submit sensitive information unnecessarily or information you lack permission to process.
8. Content and data
You retain your rights in the content you provide. The proposed service terms grant 24 Helpful permission to host, process, and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service and comply with law. Our Privacy Policy explains proposed data practices. Third-party services, including Stripe, operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Availability and termination
The service may change or be interrupted for maintenance or security. Access may be suspended for unlawful activity, security risk, or material breach, subject to applicable law and finalized terms. Subscription cancellation and account closure are distinct from canceling a merchant’s service agreement. Export needed records before closure; retention and deletion details must be finalized before commercial launch.
10. Liability, governing law, and updates
Allocation of liability, warranties, governing law, dispute procedures, and any legally required consumer protections must be completed with US counsel before these terms take effect. This draft does not establish an arbitration requirement or waive statutory rights. Material updates will be identified with a revised effective date and notified where required.
11. Contact
US legal operator, business address, and support email: to be provided. See the Contact page for the current status. These placeholders must be completed before commercial launch.
